The
Cy-Falls class of 2012 would like to invite you to browse the
Cy-Falls Project Prom 2012 website. Throughout the summer and school
year, you
will find plenty of opportunities to volunteer and help make your
senior's
Project Prom the BEST ever!
Project Prom Reminder
- You must wear your Project Prom T-shirt
to gain entrance into Time Square (the t-shirt is your ticket)
- You must have your photo ID or driver’s
license when checking in either at CyFalls High School or Time Square **IF
your packet is incomplete then you will
not be allowed to board the bus**
- Check in at CyFalls will begin at 11:00pm – Once you have checked
in, then you will board a bus for Time Square. As soon as a bus is full, then
it will be given the go ahead to leave for Time Square. There will be adult
chaperones on each bus. You will be given
your tickets for prizes at Check In. Once you enter Time Square, you will go
straight to the prize drawing boxes and put your tickets in the box that
represents the prize you hope to win. Drawing for prizes will begin as soon as
the last guest arrives – around 1:30am.
- Check in at Time Square will begin at 12:00 – Once you have checked in, you will go straight to the prize boxes and
put your tickets in the box that represents the prize you hope to win.
- For those riding the bus to Time
Square – the buses will leave CyFalls
between 11:30pm and 1:00am. The last bus will leave at 1:00am. Don’t get
there late hoping to catch the last bus, it could already be full. Please make
every effort to be there on time. If for any reason, you are unable to be there
by this time, please contact Karla Rutan (Check In coordinator) 281.630.3541 at

- For those providing their own
transportation (car, limousine, or party bus) to TIME SQUARE, the doors will be
locked at 1:30am. Please make every effort to be there on time. If for any
reason, you are unable to be there by this time, please contact Adanna McElroy

- If for any reason you are unable
to attend Project Prom, please contact Adanna McElroy 832.229.6536, in other
words, if you are not considered checked in, we will call your parents to
notify them of your absence.
