Committee Head Instructions
We have lots of volunteers willing to make things
happen this year, so don't be afraid to be a committee head. All it
means is that you will co-ordinate the volunteers to make an activity
happen, plus, you get 50 points just for being the
committee head! To make it easier and more organized
for you there are a couple of rules that we ask you to follow. These
are listed below.
Committee Meetings - At every committee
meeting it is your responsibility to have a sign in sheet. Have the
volunteers sign in and out so that the meeting time hours are tracked.
You will turn copies of these in to Kirk Hooper or Adanna McElroy at the
Project Prom meetings. Print a few copies of this sheet and have at all
meetings.

Tracking Time
- Stress to the parents
that everybody gets points for every hour that they volunteer, but it
is their responsibility to track that time. Any time spent on project
prom activities should be tracked and turned in to Kirk Hooper or
Adanna McElroy at the project prom meetings, or emailed to them. It
should
also be tracked on the VIP website. Instructions on doing that are at
the link on the menu called Log VIP Hours.
Handling Money - Cindy Cooper is our
treasurer. Money can be turned in to her at project prom meetings. All
money turned in must be accounted for. Instructions on handling money
are here. Financial
Receipt SpreadSheet. Please put
money and spreadsheet in a PP11
envelope." You can get an envelope from Cindy Cooper at our Parent
