Busy Parent Program

Senior Prom and Project Prom are sure to be two of the most memorable events of your Eagle's Senior Year! Project Prom is open to ALL Seniors, regardless of whether they attend Prom or not. Every Senior Eagle will have a Project a Project Prom account. Throughout the year, Seniors receive Project Prom Points for each donation and volunteer hour contributed by their parents. During the Project Prom event, Seniors use their points for drawings/raffles for incredible prizes.

We have a wonderful group of 2010 Senior Parents and, working together, we WILL have an awesome Project Prom! Throughout the year, there will be fundraisers, hours of hard work and serious commitment that go into making Project Prom a success. While all Senior Parents are urged to get involved, we realize that hectic schedules, long commutes and other commitments present real obstacles for many busy parents. Here's the good news...

Busy Parents, we have a great option for you to support Project Prom -- the "busy Parent Fundraiser". This is the easiest fundraiser of the year and the only requirement is your time and effort to write a donation check. Because the Project Prom Committee begins the year with with very little cash on hand, donations received earlier in the year are awarded bonus points. Take a look at the sliding scale below:

Kroger's Neighbor to Neighbor Program

Kroger has implemented a new charity program called "Neighbor to Neighbor" (replaces the old "Share" program). This new, simpler, program will link your Kroger Plus card to the charity of your choice, so you don't have to carry any additional cards when you shop.

Here are the steps to set Project Prom as your designated charity...

1. Print out this letter.
2. Take the letter with you next time you visit your favorite Kroger.
3. Upon checkout present the letter (with the barcode) to the cashier, along with your Kroger Plus card.  The cashier will scan both, designating Project Prom as your chosen charity.  You may also do this at the Customer Service Desk.

That's all there is to it! Please take a moment and print the letter out now, put it with your shopping list, and start supporting Project Prom on your next trip to Kroger!  FYI...Kroger requires you to link your card each school year, so if you happened to be part of the Project Prom program last year, you will need to re-link your card this year.

For any additional information or questions please contact Lisa Albers at lalbers@friedkin.com.

Proud Eagle Parent Sign

A Proud Eagle Parent Sign is a great way to encourage and celebrate your graduating senior. Signs purchased before the Golf Tournament will be displayed at the Golf Tournament and again at Senior Breakfast. They are mounted on an “H” stand and can be displayed in your front yard too!

Randalls

1. Complete this "Good Neighbor Program" application using # 5907 as the charity number.
2. Return the form to your Randalls Courtesy Booth.

Your purchases will be connected to your Remarkable Card and Cy Falls Project Prom will receive a percentage of your purchases.
